In my many years PM-ing and my experience with many development fads - (Xtreme Programming, anyone?) I have learned there is no silver bullet. Exception scenarios, especially in complex, Enterprise software apps where they are endless, are not going to write themselves. Write &#039;em on a note card or in a document, but they have to get written.&lt;/p&gt;
