		<description>&lt;p&gt;At another company (where I worked with the gals from the Business Women&#039;s Finishing School, btw), we used to pretend to tell customers that the next release was coming in Junetober, or Augtember, and sometimes Jangust.  Hours of snarky fun, I tell you.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;At my current company, the engineers don&#039;t believe in roadmaps. Think about that for a moment. Seriously, just think about that...&lt;/p&gt;
