@software developer -&gt; I agree. All this focus on SEO is so much hocus-pocus if the basic content sucks. Customers want value in their communications as much as the products/services they acquire. Companies that provide more value and less  smoke and mirrors will generate more interest/traffic/sales and satisfaction.</description>
