OMG, I have been on the receiving end of the last part of that one. The pumping for confidential information and the non-cooperative. Had a bad case of that, and the recruiter asked me why they considered me the anti-christ. Turns out they claimed all was great until near the end and I wouldn’t answer their questions.
I explained what they asked. The recruiter severed their contract over that behavior and apologized to me for the uncomfortable situation. Wouldn’t have taken the job anyway, but damn.
